OUR CREW
As someone who holds most of the creative initiative as; producer, director, writer, editor and actor, I find that the best way to get what you want is by going out and doing it yourself. This project is a testament of passion I have for film and being able to start production with the limited resources and ties to an industry. All of the production thus far has been funded by myself and as a multi talented creator i find my skills exceed in laying out a foundation for the next steps in a project with editing and post production. I have a knack for focusing on intricate details of continuity and have a fixation for recreating props or editing to be identical for the period it’s set in.
H.P SCOTT
DIRECTOR | ACTOR | PRODUCER | WRITER
COLE WALLACE
COMPOSER | ACTOR | PRODUCER
There is a lot of in person communication and close work with the composer. Cole spends his time creating a believable catchy tune. Something that resembles the sound design from American television in the 60’s. (Ed Sullivan, Rowans Laugh in, Andy Thompson show. Etc..)
SEAN SCOTT
ACTOR
There will be a lot of family, friends and untrained actors displaying ‘raw’ New Zealand. There will be filming around Wellington, Levin, Paraparaumu and Palmerston North. The tone i want to give on screen is that these people are doing ‘impromptu interviews’. There’s scenes where we walk through each interviewees homes, going through their retro relics, photo-shopping fake pictures from mid century to plant around the house. A lot of the interviews are being filmed indoors so giving the actors their space and time to remember their lines and make sure they are happy with what we’ve shot before leaving.
DANIEL SCOTT
D.O.P | SOUNDIE
There will be multiple cameras in the studio aimed at the stage to replicate a real live studio show. There will be alot of full shots, mid shots, close ups, panning and occasional establishing shots of the stage from high angles. The DOP is a professional cameraman who works with the TAB.
